    ٣٤٥٢ - ابن وَصِيف (¬١): الشيخ المسند الكبير، أبو بكر، محمد بن العباس بن وصيف الغَزِّيّ. راوي "الموطأ" عن الحسن بن الفرج الغَزِّي، صاحب يحيى بن بكير، وقد روى أيضًا عن محمد بن الحسن بن قتيبة العسقلاني وغيره. حدث عنه: أبو سعد الماليني، ومحمد بن جعفر الميماسي، وطائفة، وما علمت به بأسًا. مات في سنة اثنتين وسبعين وثلاث مائة عن سنٍّ عالية.
