    ٢٥١٠ - أحمد بن نَجْدة (¬١): ابن العريان: المحدث، القدوة، أبو الفضل الهروي. رحل، وجاور، وسمع من: سعيد بن منصور، وسعيد بن سليمان الواسطي، وجماعة. حدث عنه: أبو إسحاق البزار، وأبو محمد المغلفي، وآخرون. وكان في الثقات. توفي بهراة سنة ست وتسعين ومائتين عن سن عالية. وهو أخو معاذ بن نجدة الراوي عن قبيصة وطبقته ومات سنة اثنتين وثمانين ومائتين.
