    ٢١٧٤ - أحمد بن الخصيب (¬١٧٥) ابن عبد الحميد الجرجرائي الوزير الكبير أبو العباس ابن أمير مصر. استوزره المنتصر ثم المستعين وارتفع شأنه ثم نكب ونفاه المستعين إلى الغرب في سنة ٢٤٨. الصولي عن الحسين بن يحيى: أن ابن الخصيب كان يتصدق كل يوم بخمسين ديناراً فلما نكب بقي يتصدق بخمسين درهماً ويقلل نفقة نفسه. قال أحمد بن أبي طاهر: كان يحتد ويخرج رجله من الركاب فيرفس من يراجعه فقلت: قل للخليفة يا ابن عم محمد … شكل وزيرك إنه محلول فلسانه قد جال في أعراضنا … والرجل منه في الصدور تجول توفي سنة خمس وستين ومائتين ولما عزل صودر وأركب حماراً وهو في سلسلة.
