شيخة أخرى: هي أم الفتوح، فاطمة بنت محمد بن عبد الله بن الحسن القيسي، من أهل أصبهان. امرأة صالحة خيرة. وهي صاحبة الأديب أبي الخير سعيد بن طلحة الصالحاني وزوجته. سمعت أم إبراهيم عائشة بنت الحسن بن إبراهيم الوركانية. سمعت منها مجالس من إملاء أبي الحسين عبد الواحد بن محمد بن شاه الشيرازي، بروايتها عن عائشة، عنه. وكانت ولادتها سنة نيف وخمسين وأربع مائة بأصبهان. ووفاتها بها في شهر رمضان، سنة خمس وأربعين وخمس مائة.
