شيخة أخرى: هي أم السعد، فاطمة بنت أبي نصر خلف بن طاهر بن محمد الشحامي. أخت أبي المظفر عبد الكريم، وأم أبي المكارم عبد الرزاق بن علي العجلي. امرأة صالحة، من بيت الحديث. سمعت جدها أبا عبد الرحمن الشحامي، وأبا عمرو عثمان المحمي، وأم البنين فاطمة الدقاقية، وأبا الفضل محمد بن عبيد الله الصرام، وأبا الحسن علي بن أحمد بن محمد النامقي، وأبا بكر بن علي بن عبد الله بن خلف الشيرازي، وأبا سعد بن رامش، وأبا محمد إسماعيل بن أحمد بن محمد الحيري، وطبقتهم. سمعت منها جزءًا خرجه لها شيخنا أبو القاسم الشحامي.
