شيخة أخرى: هي أم الفتح، ظفر بانويه بنت أبي نصر، الكاتب الأصبهاني، من أهل أصبهان. سمعت أبا طالب أحمد بن محمد بن جعفر البيع. كتبت إلي الإجازة برواياتها، ولم يتفق أني سمعت منها شيئًا مدة مقامي بأصبهان، وحصل لي عنها الإجازة صاحبنا أبو القاسم الدمشقي في سنة اثنتين وثلاثين وخمس مائة.
