أم عبد الله، حورستي بنت أبي الفتح ناصر بن أحمد بن محمد بن عبد الله بن أحمد بن أبي عياض، العياضي، السرخسي، من أهل سرخس. من بيت العلم والحديث. وهي أخت شيخنا أبي نصر محمد بن ناصر العياضي. سمعت أباها أبا الفتح العياضي. كتبت عنها بسرخس في النوبة الخامسة. وتوفيت بها في شهر ربيع الآخر، سنة اثنتين وأربعين وخمس مائة.
