شيخ آخر: هو القاسم، هبة الله بن عبيد الله بن محمد بن سهيل، الدهقان، النميري، الكوفي، من أهل الكوفة سكن بني نمير محلة بها. سمع أبا القاسم الحسين بن محمد بن سليمان الدهقان، وأبا البقاء المعمر بن محمد بن علي الحبال الكوفيين.كتبت عنه في الرحلة الثالثة إليها، وسألته عن ولادته، فقال: ولدت سنة تسع وسبعين وأربع مائة بالكوفة. وتوفي بعد صفر، سنة أربع وثلاثين وخمس مائة، فإني كنت عنه في هذا الشهر.
