شيخ آخر: هو أبو الفتح، نكر بن أحمد بن عمر بن الحسن، البغوي، البزاز، من أهل بغشور. اسمه محمد، غير أنه عرف بنكر واشتهر به، وصار اسمًا له. وكان فقيهًا فاضلًا، وكان يتكلم في المسائل الخلافية. تفقه بمرو، وما وراء النهر، وأقام عندنا مدة، سمع ببخارى أبا علي طاهر بن أحمد بن إسماعيل الإسماعيلي، وغيره. كتبت عنه أحاديث يسيرة. وكان فوض إليه القضاء بناحيته بغشور، ولم تحمد سيرته في قضائه فعزل، عنه. وتوفي بالطالقان في سنة تسع وأربعين وخمس مائة، وقد سبق ذكره.
