شيخ آخر: هو أبو نصر، منصور بن محمد بن أبي نصر منصور، الهلالي، الباخرزي، الماليني، من أهل باخرز، سكن نيسابور. وكان شيخًا فقيهًا، صالحًا، ورعًا، كثير العبادة، مكثرًا من الحديث. سمع أبا بكر أحمد بن علي الشيرازي، وأبا المظفر موسى بن عمران الأنصاري، وأبا تراب عبد الباقي بن يوسف المراغي، وغيرهم. كتبت عنه الحديث بنيسابور في النوب الثلاث. ومن جملة ما سمعت منه: كتاب الأربعين للحاكم بروايته عن ابن خلف، عنه وكانت ولادته في سنة ست وستين وأربع مائة بمالين باخرز. وقتل بنيسابور في وقعة الغز وإغارتهم عليها، في الحادي عشر من شوال، سنة تسع وأربعين وخمس مائة، وقيل: إنه كان ابن اثنتين وتسعين سنة لما قتل ﵀.
