شيخ آخر: هو أبو المفاخر، المظفر بن محمد، المعتصمي، من أهل أصبهان. كتبت عنه شيئًا من الشعر. أحد الأشراف، أظنه من أولاد المعتصم، وكان يلقب بالظهير. الرواية: أنشدنا أبو المفاخر إملاء بأصبهان لبعضهم: أميل بإحدى مقلتي إذا بدت إليها ... وبالأخرى أداري رقيبها وقد غفل الواشي ولم يدر أنني ... أخذت لعيني من سليمي نصيبها
