شيخ آخر: هو أبو إسحاق محمد بن سعيد بن عبد الله بن عبد الواحد، الجويني، من أهل نيسابور. كان شيخًا فقيهًا صالحًا، من أهل الخير. سمع أبا الفتح نصر بن علي بن أحمد الحاكمي، وأبا القاسم إسماعيل بن مسعدة الإسماعيلي، وأبا المظفر موسى بن عمران الصوفي، وغيرهم. سمعت منه أحاديث يسيرة. وكان في جوار مدرستنا بنيسابور، وله مسجد يصلي فيه بالناس، وتوفي بعد سنة ثلاثين وخمس مائة.
