شيخ آخر: هو أبو طاهر محمد بن دوستويه بن محمد العصاري، الهمذاني، الواعظ، الصوفي ، من أهل همذان. كان واعظًا مليح الخط، حسن السيرة، له خانقاه، سمع. . .لقيته بهمذان في النوبة الأولى سنة اثنتين وخمس مائة، ولم يتفق أن سمعت منه شيئًا، وكتب إلي الإجازة بجميع مسموعاته ورواياته بتحصيل أبي الحسن ابن الكاتب الشهرستاني. وتوفي بقزوين يوم الأحد، ودفن يوم الاثنين الخامس والعشرين من المحرم سنة ثلاث وثلاثين وخمس مائة.
