شيخ آخر: هو أبو نصر عمر بن محمد بن شجاع بن أبي بكر بن إبراهيم بن علي اللفتواني من أهل أصبهان. شاب صالح، من أولاد المحدثين والحفاظ.سمعه والده الكثير عن شيوخ أصبهان، مثل: أبي سعد محمد بن محمد بن عبد الله المطرز، وأبي سعد محمد بن علي بن محمد الكاتب المعروف بالسرفرتج، وأبي منصور محمد بن عبد الله بن مندويه، وأبي بكر ممك بن سعد بن محمد بن إبراهيم العطار، وجماعة سواهم. وكانت ولادته عشية يوم الجمعة الثالث من شهر ربيع الأول، سنة خمس مائة. ووفاته. . . . .
