شيخ آخر: هو أبو حفص عمر بن عبد الرزاق بن الحسن بن محمد بن أبي العباس بن محمد الأمين الأديب من أهل مرو. كان أمين الحكام، وكان رجلا قد صحب العلماء، وتخلق بأخلاقهم، وكان مخلا بإحدى عينيه.سمع: أبا الفتح عبيد الله بن محمد بن أردشير الهشامي، وغيره. كتبت عنه قبل خروجي إلى الرحلة جزءا، أو جزأين من كتاب الزلفة والازدلاف، بروايته عن أبي الفتح، عن جده، عنه. وتوفي في شهر ربيع الآخر، سنة أربع وثلاثين وخمس مائة. ودفن بسنجذان.
