شيخ آخر: هو أبو عبد الله عبد المنعم بن أبي محمد بن الخذاباني الهروي من أهل هراة. كان فقيها فاضلا، صالحا. تفقه على الإمام إسماعيل بن أبي القاسم الفوشنجي، وصار يفتي أهل هراة، ويذكر لهم الدرس بالعجمية كل يوم بالجامع. سمع: أبا الفضل محمد بن إسماعيل الفضيلي، وغيره. توفي يوم الخميس آخر يوم من جمادى الآخرة، سنة سبع وأربعين وخمس مائة، ودفن بظاهر باب خشك، وصليت عليه بجامع هراة.
