شيخ آخر: هو أبو صالح عبد الملك بن عبد الواحد بن عبد الكريم بن هوازن بن عبد الملك بن طلحة القشيري من أهل نيسابور، سكن طوس. شيخ ظريف خفيف، من بيت العلم والتصوف. سمع: أباه أبا سعيد، وجدته أم البنين فاطمة بنت أبي علي الدقاق، وأبا بكر أحمد بن علي الشيرازي، وأبا القاسم إسماعيل بن زاهر النوقاني، وغيرهم. سمعت منه أجزاء بطوس. فمن جملة ما سمعت منه: كتاب كرامات الأولياء لأبي سعيد ابن الأعرابي، بروايته عن أبي بكر بن خلف، عن أبي محمد ابن بامويه، عنه. وكانت ولادته بنيسابور في الثالث عشر من جمادى الأولى، سنة ثلاث وسبعين وأربع مائة. ووفاته بطوس في حدود سنة خمسين وخمس مائة في فتنة الغز.
