شيخ آخر: هو أبو خليفة عبد الخالق بن علي بن محمد بن أحمد بن خانبان الهمذاني الصوفي المعروف والده بالمؤدب من أهل همذان، أخو أبي الخير عبد الهادي الواعظ. شيخ صالح متودد، من أهل الخير، يخدم الصوفية في خانقاه له بهمذان. سمع: أبا العلاء حمد بن نصر الحافظ الأعمش، وأبا شجاع شيرويه بن شهردار الديلمي الحافظ، وغيرهما. كتبت عنه شيئا يسيرا بهمذان في النوبة الثانية. وكانت ولادته في سنة أربع وتسعين وأربع مائة بهمذان. ووفاته بها منصرفه من الحجاز في جمادى الآخرة، سنة ثمان وأربعين وخمس مائة.
