شيخ آخر: هو أبو عبد الله عبد الخالق بن أبي القاسم بن محمد بن شبويه المرستي الخمقري الشبوي شيخ مستور صالح. سمع: القاضي أبا سعيد محمد بن علي بن أبي صالح البغوي الدباس. سمعت منه كتاب العلم من كتاب الجامع لأبي عيسى. وكانت ولادته في حدود سنة سبعين وأربع مائة بمرست.ومات بها في سنة تسع وأربعين وخمس مائة.
