شيخ آخر: هو أبو حامد عبد الرحمن بن محمد بن أبي الحسن مسعود بن أحمد بن الحسين بن محمد المسعودي الحاجيان الخمقري من أهل بنج ديه. شيخ صالح عفيف معمر، تفرد برواية كتاب الجامع لأبي عيسى الترمذي، عن القاضي أبي سعيد محمد بن علي بن أبي صالح البغوي الدباس. سمعت منه: كتاب العلم من ذلك الكتاب، سنة أربعين، ثم لما وافيت بنج ديهسنة ثمان وخمسين قرأت عليه الأربعين المخرجة من كتاب الجامع. ونشأ له ولد، اسمه محمد، فهم الحديث وبالغ في طلبه، ورحل إلى العراق والجبال والشام والثغور والسواحل وديار مصر والإسكندرية، وأدرك الشيوخ، وكتب عنهم.
