أبو الفتوح ظفر بن هارون بن ظفر بن نصر بن أحمد بن ظفر الربعي الكهباري الموصلي ثم الهمذاني أصله من الموصل، وهو من همذان. شيخ معمر مسن.سمع: أبا طالب ثابت بن الحسين بن شراعة التميمي. كتبت عنه شيئًا يسيرًا بهمذان في النوبة الثانية، وسألته عن ولادته، فقال: ولدت بهمذان بمحلة كهبار في جمادى الأول، سنة ثمان وخمسين وأربع مائة. ووفاته ليلة الاثنين بين العشائين الثالث عشر من جمادى الأول، سنة إحدى وأربعين وخمس مائة.
