شيخ آخر: هو أبو العذارى صواب بن عبد الله الجمالي العثماني الحبشي من موالي الأمير جمال الملك عثمان، حفيد نظام الملك أبي علي الوزير. كان خادمًا صالحًا، حسن السيرة، راغبًا في الخيرات والجمعة والجماعات، معتذرًا عما سلف من أيامه في خدمة أبناء الدنيا. قرأ شيئًا من الأدب على الأديب أبي محمد كامكار بن عبد الرزاق المحتاجي، وسمع منه شيئًا من الحديث. وكان مسنًا معمرًا لعله جاوز الثمانين. ومات يوم الاثنين الرابع من شهر ربيع الآخر، سنة تسع وعشرين وخمس مائة، ودفن من الغد يوم الثلاثاء بسنجذان.
