شيخ آخر: هو أبو الخير سعيد بن الفضل بن أحمد بن عبد الله بن محمد بن المميز القصري الأصبهاني أخو أبي العباس أحمد، وأبي الوفاء عمر، من أهل أصبهان. شيخ صالح. سمع: أبا بكر محمد بن أحمد بن محمد بن الحسن بن ماجه الأبهري، وأبا طاهر أحمد بن محمد بن عمر النقاش، وأبا المظفر محمود بن جعفر بن محمد الكوسج التميمي، وغيرهم. كتبت عنه بقرية كوها اسبهان إحدى قرى أصبهان، أحاديث من جزء لوين عن ابن ماجه. وكانت ولادته قبل السبعين وأربع مائة.ووفاته بأصبهان في رجب، سنة اثنتين وثلاثين وخمس مائة.
