شيخ آخر: هو أبو سعد سعيد بن علي بن عبد الواحد بن فاذشاه التاني الأصبهاني من أهل أصبهان. شيخ جليل، من بيت الحديث وأهله. سمع: أباه أبا طاهر، وأبا سهل حمد بن أحمد بن ولكيز الصيرفي، وأبا عمرو عبد الوهاب بن محمد بن منده، وأبا عيسى عبد الرحمن بن محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن زياد التاني، وأبا الحسن أحمد بن عبد الرحمن الذكواني، وأبا بكر محمد بن أحمد بن الحسن بن ماجه، وأبا مسعودسليمان بن إبراهيم الوراق الحافظ. كتبت عنه بأصبهان.
