أبو الفتح رجاء بن إبراهيم بن عمر بن الحسن بن يونس بن الحسن بن يحيى اليونسي من أهل أصبهان. من بيت الحديث هو وأبوه أبو نصر، وعماه أبو العباس أحمد، وأبو علي الحسن، من مشاهير المحدثين وأكبرهم أبو العباس. وأبو الفتح سمع: أبا طاهر محمد بن أحمد بن محمد بن عبد الرحيم الكاتب. كتب إلي الإجازة بجميع مسموعاته من أصبهان. ومن جملتها جزء من حديث كوهي بن الحسن الفارسي، يرويه عنأبي طاهر بن عبد الرحيم، عنه. وتوفي في شهر ربيع الآخر، سنة سبع عشرة وخمس مائة.
