أبو الفضل خزيمة بن علي بن عبد الرحمن الآخري الدهستاني وآخر من قرى دهستان، سكن مرو. وكان فقيهًا، متكلمًا على رأي المعتزلة، ويذب عنهم، عارفًا باللغة، كان يؤدب أولاد المنتجب، وكان حريصًا على طلب الحديث وقراءته. سمع ببلده دهستان: أبا الفتيان عمر بن عبد الكريم بن سعدويه الرواسي الدهستاني.وتوفي ضحوة يوم الجمعة العشرين من صفر، سنة ثمان وأربعين وخمس مائة، وصلي عليه آخر النهار بمصلى العيد، ودفن بمقبرة سوق البقر بباب فيروزي.
