شيخ آخر: هو أبو القاسم الحسين بن محمد بن المفرج الدواتي الكوفي الوقاياتي أخو أبي الحسن هبة الله المعروف بابن أبي الموهوب، من أهل الكوفة. كان شيخًا مستورًا صالحًا. سمع: أبا الفوارس طراد بن محمد بن علي الزينبي، وأبا علي محمد بن محمد بن أحمد بن حمدان الخالدي الكوفي.كتبت عنه بالكوفة في النوبة الثانية، وقرأت عليه مجلسين من أمالي طراد، بروايته عنه. وكانت ولادته في سنة إحدى وثمانين وأربع مائة. ووفاته بعد سنة أربع وثلاثين وخمس مائة بالكوفة.
