شيخ آخر: هو أبو طاهر الحسن بن المظفر بن عبد الرحيم بن علي الحمدوني الرازي من أهل الري. كان من بيت الحديث. سمع الكثير؛ من: أبيه أبي سعد، وأبي منصور محمد بن الحسين بن الهيثم القزويني، وأبي خلف عبد الرحيم بن محمد بن المرزبان الصيدلاني، وأبي الحسن علي بن الحسين بن محمد بن مردك الخازن، وأبي ثابت قاهودار بن أبي الفوارس الرازي، والسيد أبي الفضل ظفر بن الداعي بن مهدي العلوي، وأبي المحاسن محمد بن حامد الخيام، وأبي محمد عبد الواحد بن الحسن بن علي الصفار الرازي، وغيرهم. كتبت عنه أوراقًا بالري. وكانت ولادته في شهر ربيع الأول، سنة تسع وسبعين وأربع مائة. ووفاته. . . . .
