شيخ آخر: هو الحاكم أبو حامد أحمد بن محمد بن أحمد بن الحسين بن العباس بن أحمد الباخرزي. من أهل قصبة باخرز، وكان يتولى الحكومة بها. وكان جلدا، كافيا، شهما. سمع: أبا علي نصر الله بن أحمد بن عثمان الخشنامي، وأبا بكر عبد الغفار بن محمد بن الحسين بن الشيروي. حدث بـ مسند الشافعي ﵀ بهراة عن أبي علي الخشنامي. وكانت ولادته في حدود سنة ثمانين وأربع مائة. توفي بباخرز في سنة تسع وأربعين أو سنة خمسين وخمس مائة.
