ذِكْرُ دُخَيْنٍ الْحَجَرِيُّ تَابِعِيٌّ مِصْرِيٌّ ﵁ يَرْوِي عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ. قَالَ أَهْلُ التَّارِيخِ: قَتَلَتْهُ الرُّومُ بِتَنِيسَ سَنَةَ مِائَةٍ. قَالَ دُخَيْنٌ: كَانَ لَنَا جِيرَانُ يَشْرَبُونَ الْخَمْرَ فَنَهَيْتُهُمْ فَلَمْ يَنْتَهُوا، فَقُلْتُ لِعُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ: أَفَأَدْعُو لَهُمْ بِالشُّرَطِ؟ قَالَ: دَعْهُمْ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ رَأَى عَوْرَةً مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ فَسَتَرَهَا، فَكَأَنَّمَا اسْتَحْيَى مَوْءُودَةً مِنْ قَبْرِهَا» .
