    سنان بن أبي سنان بن محصن : ابن أخي عكاشة بن محصن، شهد بدرًا. أخبرنا محمد بن يعقوب، قال: أخبرنا أحمد بن عبد الجبار، قال: حدثنا يونس، عن ابن إسحاق: في تسمية من شهد بدرًا مع رسول الله ﷺ من حلفاء بني عبد شمس، من بني أسد بن خزيمة: سنان بن أبي سنان بن محصن. ـ سنان: أن النبي ﷺ، قال لأبي بكر: تنق وتوق. رواه قاسم بن أبي شيبة، عن أبي خالد الأحمر، عن يونس بن أبي إسحاق، عن أبيه بهذا. حدثناه محمد بن سعد البيوردي، قال: حدثنا محمد بن عبد الله الحضرمي عنه. ـ
