    سويد أبو عبد الله الآهلي العكي. وهم فخذ من الأشعريين. أخبرنا أحمد بن إسماعيل العسكري بمصر، قال: حدثنا إبراهيم بن أبي داود، قال: حدثنا يحيى بن صالح الوحاظي، قال: حدثنا يزيد بن سعيد بن ذي عصوان، عن عتبة بن أبي حكيم، عن عبد الله بن سويد الآهلي ثم العكي، عن أبيه، قال: سمعت رسول الله ﷺ، أو حدثني عنه من سمعه، يقول: إن الله ﷿ جعل هذا الحي، من لخم، وجذام بالشام، قوتهم لأهل اليمن، معونة لأهل اليمن، كما جعل يوسف معونة لأهل يعقوب ﵇.رواه ابن عياش، عن يزيد بن سعيد. أخبرناه سعيد بن يزيد، قال: حدثنا محمد بن عوف، عن أبي اليمان، عن ابن عياش بهذا. ـ
