خزيمة بن ثابت بن الفاكه بن ثعلبة بن ساعدة الأنصاري من بني خطمة من الأوس. روى عنه: جابر بن عبد الله، وابناه عبد الله وعمارة. جعل النبي ﷺ شهادته رجلين. أخبرنا خيثمة بن سليمان، قال: حدثنا أحمد بن حازم، قال: حدثنا بكر بن عبد الرحمن القاضي، عن عيسى بن المختار، عن ابن أبي ليلى، عن أبي الزبير، عن جابر، عن خزيمة بن ثابت: أن النبي ﷺ قال في المسح للمسافر: ثلاثة أيام ولياليهن، وللمقيم يوم وليلة، إذا أدخلهما وهما طاهرتان.حديث غريب بهذا الإسناد، تفرد به بكر. رواه جماعة عن خزيمة بن ثابت، منهم: عمرو بن ميمون، وأبو عبد الله الجدلي، وغيرهم.
