٣٤٠٠ ـ صفية بنت عبد المطلب بن هاشم: عمة سيدنا رسول الله ﷺ، أم الزبير بن العوام رضى الله عنها. كانت صفية فى الجاهلية تحت الحارث بن حرب بن أمية بن عبد شمس، ثم هلك عنها، وتزوجها العوام بن خويلد بن أسد، فولدت له الزبير، والسائب، وعبد الكعبة. وعاشت طويلا، وتوفيت فى خلافة عمر بن الخطاب، رضى الله عنهما، سنة عشرين، ولها ثلاث وسبعون سنة، ودفنت بالبقيع، بفناء دار المغيرة بن شعبة، رضى الله عنه. وقد قيل: إن العوام كان عليها قبل، وليس بشئ.
