    ٢٧٥٣ ـ يعقوب بن محمد بن أحمد الكيلانى: سمع على الحجى، والزين الطبرى، ومحمد بن الصفى، والجمال المطرى، وبلال عتيق ابن العجمى: «جامع الترمذى» بقراءة ابن الوانى، فى رمضان سنة إحدى وثلاثين وسبعمائة بالحرم، وكان شيخ رباط مراغة بمكة، ولم أدر متى مات، إلا أنه كان حيا فى سنة ثلاث وخمسين وسبعمائة، وتوفى بإثرها بمكة ورأيت بخط الآقشهرى فى «رحلته»: وما علمته حدث، وذكر لى ولده أحمد، ما يدل على أنه مات فى سنة ثلاث وخمسين وسبعمائة. انتهى.
