٢٧٠٣ ـ يحيى بن عبد الرحمن بن على بن الحسين بن محمد بن شيبة بن إياد بن عمرو بن العلاء، القاضى عز الدين أبو المعالى الشيبانى الطبرى المكى: قاضى مكة، ما عرفت له ابتداء ولايته ولا انتهائها، [ ........ ] (١) وبلغنى أنه وفدعلى السلطان صلاح الدين يوسف بن أيوب، صاحب الديار المصرية والشامية، ووقف عليه وعلى ذريته بلدة بديار مصر، يقال لها فمسان (٢)، هى مع ذريته إلى الآن. انتهى.
