٢٦٦٩ ـ الوليد بن عطاء بن الأغر: شيخ مكى، روى عن مسلم الزّنجى، وعنه عبد الله بن شبيب، ووثقه، وشاذان، والنضر بن سلمة. ذكره هكذا الذهبى فى الميزان. وقال: ذكره ابن عدى، وما كان ينبغى له أن يورده، فإنه وثّق، ثم ساق له حديثا، وبرّأ ابن عدى ساحته، وقال: البلاء فيه من شاذان.
