٢٤٩٥ ـ معمر بن الحارث بن معمر بن حبيب بن وهب بن حذافة بن جمح القرشى الجمحى: أخو حاطب وحطاب. أمهم: قتيلة بنت مظعون، أخت عثمان بن مظعون. أسلممعمر قبل دخول النبى ﷺ دار الأرقم. قالوا: وآخى رسول الله ﷺ، بين معمر بن الحارث، ومعاذ بن عفراء، وشهد بدرا وأحدا والمشاهد كلها. وتوفى فى خلافة عمر ابن الخطاب رضى الله عنه. ذكر هكذا صاحب الاستيعاب.
