٢١٧٣ ـ عمر بن عبد الله بن ظهيرة بن أحمد بن عطيّة بن ظهيرة القرشى المخزومى المكىّ الشافعىّ، يلقّب بالسّراج: سمع من الجمال بن عبد المعطى، وأحمد بن سالم، وابن حبيب الحلبىّ، وجماعة، بإفادة أخيه شيخنا القاضى جمال الدين، وأجاز له من شيوخه: ابن أميلة، وابن أبى عمر، وجماعة، وسألت عنه شيخنا المذكور، فقال: بحث «التنبيه» فى الفقه على الشيخ برهان الدين الأبناسىّ، وأجازه بالتدريس، وجلّ اشتغاله علىّ، وفضل. وكان شديد الورع متين الديانة. توفى فى ذى القعدة سنة سبع وتسعين وسبعمائة بمكة. انتهى.
