٢١٤٤ ـ على بن يوسف بن سالم بن عطية بن صالح بن عبد النبى الجهنىّ المكى، المعروف بابن أبى إصبع: هكذا أملى علىّ نسبه ابن أخيه عبد الرحمن بن يحيى. سمع من القاضى عز الدين بن جماعة، والفخر النويرى: بعض سنن النسائى، سنة ثلاث وخمسين وسبعمائة وكان يتردّد إلى اليمن للتجارة، فأدركه الأجل بعدن منها، فى آخر سنة أربع وثمانمائة.
