٢١٢٠ ـ على بن محمد بن عمر بن على بن إبراهيم المكى، المعروف بابن الوكيل: كان أبوه من أعيان تجار مكة، وخلّف له مالا جزيلا، نقدا وعقارا، فلما بلغ، أذهب غالب ما كان له من العقار فى غير وجهه، ثم توفيت والدته، وتركت له عقارا فأذهبه. توفى فى حدود سنة ست وثمانمائة، ودفن بالمعلاة.
