٢٠٥٦ ـ على بن الحسين بن على بن الحسين الشيبانى الطبرى، أبو الحسن: كذا كنّاه أبو الحسن بن القطيعى فى تاريخه، وذكر ما يدل على أنه ولى القضاء بمكة، لأنه لما نسب ولده القاضى عبد الرحمن بن على الشيبانى الطبرى قال: القاضى ابن القاضى، مات بمكة؛ لأن فى حجر قبر ولده عبد الرحمن المذكور، أنه دفن على والده، وما علمت من حاله سوى هذا.
