    ٢٠٤٦ ـ على بن أبى بكر بن عمران المكى العطار: كان ذا ملاءة وتسبّب فيها، واستفاد أملاكا بمكة وبشرا من وادى نخلة، وشهد عليه بعد موته، بوقفه لملك حسن من أملاكه بمكة، وهى دار بأعلاها قريبا من المسعى، وأنه جعلها رباطا للفقراء، وسكنوها بعد ثبوت ذلك. وكان موته فى سنة إحدى وثمانمائة، فى شوال أو ذى القعدة، ظنا غالبا وأظنه جاوز الستين، وخلّف بنتا وعصبة، فماتت البنت، وورثها العصبة، وزال من أيديهم ما ورثوه.
