٢٠١١ ـ عطيّة بن محمد بن أحمد بن عطية بن ظهيرة بن مرزوق المخزومى المكى، شرف الدين: هكذا نسبه لى شيخنا القاضى جمال الدين بن ظهيرة، وذكر أنه سمع بمصر على الشيخ عبد الله بن خليل المكى، وكان رجلا جيدا أمينا يتوكل لأهل المدارس، وصاهر القاضى شهاب الدين أحمد بن ظهيرة على ابنته أمّ الحسين، ومات عندها فى سنة ثلاث وستين وسبعمائة أو فى أول التى بعدها، وقتله قطّاع الطريق، بعد أن قاتلهم دفعا عن نفسه وماله. انتهى. * * *
