١٨٥٦ ـ عبد الكريم بن محمد الجرجانى أبو محمد: قاضى جرجان، روى عن: ثور بن يزيد، وقيس بن الربيع، وأبى حنيفة، وابن جريج، وغيرهم، روى عنه: ابن عيينة مع تقدمه، والشافعى، وأبو يوسف القاضى، وقتيبة بن سعد، وجماعة.روى له الترمذى (١). قال ابن حبان: من خيار الناس، وكان مرجئا. وقال قتيبة: لم أر مرجئا خيرا منه. كان على قضاء جرجان، فتركه وهرب إلى مكة. مات سنة نيف وسبعين ومائة. انتهى. وتوفى بمكة. كما ذكر صاحب الكمال.
