١٤٢٦ ـ طارق بن المرتفع بن الحارث بن عبد مناة: أمير مكة، قال الفاكهى: وكان من ولاة مكة، طارق بن المرتفع بن الحارث بن عبد مناة، وليها لعمر بن الخطاب رضى الله عنه. حدثنا محمد بن أبى عمر قال: حدثنا سفيان، عن ابن جريج، عن عطاء، قال: كان طارق بن المرتفع، عاملا لعمر بن الخطاب رضى الله عن على مكة، فأعتق سوائب، ومات بعد السوائب، فرفع إلى عمر بن الخطاب رضى الله عنه، فكتب بدفع ميراثهم إلى ورثته، فأبوا أن يقبلوه، فأمر عمر بميراثه أن يوضع فى مثلهم. انتهى.
