١٢٧٤ ـ سعيد بن الحارث بن قيس بن عدى بن سعد بن سهم القرشى السهمى: هاجر مع إخوته إلى الحبشة، واستشهد فيما قيل يوم اليرموك، ذكر هذا من حاله ابنعبد البر، وابن الأثير، وحكى فى قتله خلاف ذلك؛ لأنه قال: وقيل بل قتل بأجنادين، قاله عروة وابن شهاب، ونقل ابن الأثير القول بأنه قتل يوم اليرموك عن ابن إسحاق. وقال: قلت: يقع الاختلاف كثيرا فيمن قتل باليرموك وأجنادين والصّفر، كلها بالشام، وكذلك اختلفوا فى أى هذه الأيام قبل الآخر، وسبب هذا الاختلاف قرب بعضها من بعض. قال: لا عقب له. وقال: أخرجه أبو نعيم وأبو عمر وأبو موسى.
