١٢٣٠ ـ سابط بن أبى خميصة بن عمرو بن وهب بن حذافة بن جمح القرشى الجمحى، والد عبد الرحمن بن سابط: روى عنه ابنه عبد الرحمن بن سابط، عن النبى ﷺ، أنه قال: «إذا أصيب أحدكم بمصيبة فليذكر مصيبته بى، فإنها من أعظم المصائب» (١). وكان يحيى بن معين يقول: هو عبد الرحمن بن عبد الله بن سابط، سابط جده. وفى ذلك نظر. ذكره هكذا ابن عبد البر، وذكره بمعنى هذا ابن الأثير، ولم يعزه إلى أحد ممن يعزى إليه إخراجه للصحابة، وحديثه لا يصح على ما قال الذهبى. والله أعلم. * * *
