    ١٠٦٠ ـ الحكم بن سفيان الثقفى، ويقال سفيان بن الحكم: ذكره هكذا ابن عبد البر. وقال: روى حديثه منصور عن مجاهد. واختلف أصحاب منصور فى اسمه، وهو معدود فى أهل الحجاز، له حديث واحد فى الوضوء مضطرب الإسناد، يقال إنه لم يسمع من النبى ﷺ، وسماعه منه عندى صحيح، واستدل على ذلك. وذكر عن ابن إسحاق شيئا فى نسبه أرفع من هذا. وذكره المزى فى التهذيب وأفادفيه كثيرا. وذكر أن أبا داود والنسائى وابن ماجة، روى له حديثا واحدا، وهو حديثه المشار إليه.
