١٠٥٨ ـ الحكم بن أبى خالد المكى، مولى فزارة: يروى عن عمر بن أبى ليلى، عن الحسن بن على. وروى عنه عبد الله بن المبارك. وذكره ابن حبان فى الطبقة الثالثة من الثقات.وذكره المزى فى التهذيب، فقال: ابن أبى خالد، يقال له الحكم بن ظهير الفزارى، ثم قال بعد أن ذكر شيئا رواه عنه مروان بن معاوية الفزارى، مع ما ذكره ابن حبان أيضا. روى له ابن ماجة فى التفسير.
